Job Summary

Are you a skilled and experienced commercial plumber looking for a dynamic opportunity? CT Mechanical is seeking a talented Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in locating issues, repairing systems, and ensuring the functionality of water and plumbing features in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC features.
• Inform clients of all estimated costs before commencing work.
• Fix issues in water and plumbing systems by repairing or replacing structures or aspects thereof.
• Install pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
• Ensure structures are in excellent working condition upon completion of each project.
• Consult with clients to identify and address any concerns related to their water and plumbing systems.
• Advise clients on appropriate care for their systems.
• Observe pertinent health and safety regulations.

Role Requirements

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Journeymens license or 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Successful completion of an appropriate formal training program or apprenticeship
• Licensed to practice as a Journeyman Plumber in the state where you will be working
• Familiarity with all relevant techniques and tools needed to perform duties
• Exceptional physical fitness and hand-eye coordination
• Capacity to operate independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Willingness to be available beyond normal working hours
