Position Details

Job Title: Commercial Plumber Foremen

Pay Rate: $30 - $47

Location: Baltimore, MD

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: 8 hr days Mon to Fri

Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Demo existing plumbing components in bathroom renovation areas
• Remove and prep toilets, sinks, and related piping for replacement
• Install and connect new plumbing fixtures
• Work with copper and PVC piping systems as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience required.
• Experience setting fixtures and completing rough-in and connection work
• Prior experience leading a crew
• Proficiency working with copper and PVC plumbing
• Ability to follow jobsite safety protocols
