Commercial Plumber (Journeyman Preferred)

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. This position focuses on commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects. Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects throughout the Maryland/Baltimore area.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
• Install sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas piping systems.
• Set plumbing fixtures, equipment, and trim as projects progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing license preferred; commercial plumbing experience required.
• Experience with commercial new construction and/or tenant fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
