What You'll Do
- Support field operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects
- Assist with labor planning, manpower coordination, and scheduling
- Review drawings, specs, submittals, and installation requirements
- Monitor quality control, productivity, and jobsite progress
- Mentor apprentices and support workforce training
What You Need
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
- 5+ years commercial plumbing experience
- 1–2 years leadership experience as foreman or lead plumber
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel gas systems
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and submittals
- Valid driver's license, insurable record
