Join a major project involving the expansion of a retail location. The work includes plumbing underground, top out, and final inspection, along with the installation of plumbing fixtures, commercial stainless steel sinks, water heaters, mop sinks, floor drains, and clean outs. Ideal candidates will have experience in PVC DWV installation, copper soldering, and using basic hand tools. The work schedule is from 9 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional Friday or daytime shifts if necessary. This role is suitable for those experienced with blueprint reading, installing plumbing in commercial settings, and working with PVC and copper piping.

Position Details

Job Title: Commercial Plumbers and Top Plumber Helpers

Pay Rate: $18 - $35

Location: Middletown, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Plumbing underground, top out, and final inspection
• Installation of plumbing fixtures, sinks, water heaters, mop sinks, floor drains, and clean outs
• Basic blueprint reading and use of hand tools for DWV and copper piping
• Soldering copper waterlines and installing wall brackets & pipe hangers
• Download and use of Time Clock app for time card submissions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Experience with underground plumbing, fixture setting, rough-ins, PVC and copper piping.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with basic hand tools.
• Reliable and able to work the overnight schedule.
