Balov Plumbing is seeking a Plumber for Commercial, New Construction and Tenant Improvement work.
Description:
· Understand project scope of work, plans, submittals, and equipment requirements.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and follows company safety standards.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience.
· Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the plumbing trade.
· Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
· Ability to maintain good working relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally.
· Skill in the use and care of the standard tools and equipment of the plumbing trade.
· Must have clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
· Medical and Agility screening required.
· Ability to ascend and descend ladders and other elevated structures.
· Must be able to work from heights from an elevated aerial device.
