POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial Plumbers

Pay Rate: $25 - $35

Location: Middletown, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install plumbing underground and in walls using PVC and copper materials
• Top out and perform final inspection on plumbing systems
• Install plumbing fixtures, including sinks, water heaters, mop sinks, and floor sinks
• Conduct rough-in plumbing according to blueprints
• Read basic blueprints and use basic hand tools, including cordless screw guns
• Install wall brackets and pipe hangers as needed
• Download and use the approved time clock app for time card submission

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic installations
• Comfortable working during the night shift and occasional overtime
• Reliable and punctual with attention to safety and detail
