Position Summary
The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for supervising plumbing crews and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on commercial and residential projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers to review job specifications, timelines, and resource needs
Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for assigned projects
Arrange delivery and transportation of materials to job sites
Review blueprints, codes, and specifications to guide installation work
Supervise plumbers, mechanics, and helpers to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Coordinate work with other trades on multi-craft job sites
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Attend and contribute to project meetings
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing installation (commercial or residential), or equivalent training and experience
Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $16 - $40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Environment
This role involves active job site supervision and may include:
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Driving to and between job sites
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
