A leading provider of commercial mechanical and plumbing services is seeking Commercial Plumbing Installers to join the team in Lititz, PA.

This role supports new construction projects within the commercial installation group and is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and strong customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation of commercial plumbing systems for new construction projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing system issues across a variety of commercial environments.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, facility managers, and internal teams to provide accurate assessments and recommendations.
- Identify potential issues proactively and complete preventative work to avoid larger system failures.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and job reports in a timely manner.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians when applicable.
- Utilize company-provided technology to manage work orders and communicate updates.



Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing installation, preferably within new construction environments.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or technical training is a plus.
- Experience operating commercial plumbing equipment such as jetters is preferred.
- Backflow certification is highly preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and completing jobs correctly the first time.
- Ability to work with tablets or mobile devices and communicate professionally via email.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and professional development.
