Job Description
As our Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial plumbing projects.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Field Supervision: Supervise field personnel and schedule manpower for individual projects.
- Procurement: Handle buy-outs, material purchasing, and equipment deliveries.
- Communication: Generate and track RFIs, interact with General Contractors, and work with estimators during turnovers.
- Paperwork: Process all project paperwork including billing, change orders, subcontracts, and closeout documents.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working on and managing commercial plumbing projects.
Proven leadership and field supervision skills. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of budget/cost management and the bidding process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe/Bluebeam.
