We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager who is passionate about leading successful projects, developing field teams, and delivering exceptional results.

This is not a "behind-the-desk" project management position. We''re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, supporting crews, solving problems, coordinating with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (typically 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

What You''ll Do:

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field foremen and plumbing crews.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Assist with field layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing
• Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with office staff, customers, and field personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman running projects
• Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial plumbing systems
• Commercial plumbing project management experience - preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid California driver''s license with a clean driving record
