A Day in the Life
Morning brings planned maintenance at a commercial facility—inspecting systems to head off failures before they happen. Midday is all about fast, accurate diagnostics and repairs on fixtures and piping, followed by precise service documentation on your iPad. Throughout the day you represent the company professionally, collaborate with teammates, and lend guidance to junior techs on complex calls. You may wrap up with an installation or system upgrade, then prepare for the on-call rotation that keeps essential operations running, including occasional weekend work.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, repair, and install commercial plumbing systems and fixtures
- Diagnose issues quickly and implement effective, code-compliant solutions
- Perform proactive inspections to prevent downtime and failures
- Deliver a professional experience at every customer site
- Work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
- Mentor junior technicians as needed
- Complete thorough, accurate service documentation
- Participate in an on-call rotation and weekend work
What You Bring
- Journeyman Plumbing License (MA or RI) required; Master preferred
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Self-directed work style and strong customer service skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35–$48 per hour (commensurate with experience)
