Job Description

A Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Description

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Oversee procurement processes and subcontractor agreements

Profile

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards

Job Offer
