Faithworks Total Grounds Maintenance is hiring a dependable route technician to clean transit bus stops and passenger shelters throughout Central Florida.
This is an independent field position. The technician will report to our Mount Dora or Apopka location, operate a company truck and trailer, and complete an assigned pressure-washing route. Faithworks provides the truck, trailer, commercial hot-water pressure washer, fuel, approved chemicals, safety equipment, and route assignments.
The employee will receive a guaranteed hourly wage for all recorded work time, including assigned travel between stops. Approved completed stops also earn a production incentive. Overtime is paid as required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Pressure wash assigned bus stops and passenger shelters.
- Remove dirt, stains, gum, paper, and graffiti using approved methods.
- Clean concrete pads, seats, poles, signs, glass, roof surfaces, and related amenities.
- Set up cones, amber lights, and roadside safety equipment.
- Photograph completed work and update the mobile application.
- Document inaccessible, removed, or unsafe stops.
- Inspect the truck, trailer, and pressure-washing equipment.
- Report delays, equipment problems, and site damage immediately.
