Job Details

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, pricing, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of commercial products. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth, improve market positioning, and maximize product profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including product development, enhancements, pricing, launch, and retirement.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with sales and commercial teams to support go-to-market initiatives and revenue generation.
Analyze product performance, margins, profitability, and customer adoption metrics.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and business cases for new products and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product execution.
Develop pricing strategies and recommendations based on market conditions and customer demand.
Support forecasting, inventory planning, and supply optimization efforts.
Present product recommendations, business cases, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of Product Management, Commercial Management, Product Marketing, or related experience.
Experience managing product portfolios and executing product lifecycle strategies.
Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
Proven success in product launches, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience
Energy, petroleum, refined products, fuels, lubricants, commodity trading, chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial products.
P&L ownership and margin management.
Supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations exposure.
Experience with pricing models, risk management, or market forecasting.
