The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities include:
Leading multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion
Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Coordinating preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes
Monitoring project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations
Mentoring and supporting Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture
The successful applicant will have:
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractor
Demonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projects
A stable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizations
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications
A strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk management
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
