Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning through final turnover
- Lead project budgeting, forecasting, buyout, cost controls, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and all project documentation
- Partner with Superintendents to support safety, quality, logistics, and successful project execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners by leading OAC meetings and maintaining proactive communication
- Identify project risks early and implement strategic solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning support, and turnover documentation
Profile
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up, renovation, occupied facility, or campus projects
- Healthcare construction experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and cost control
- Experience coordinating complex building systems, including MEP/FP scopes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
