Description

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Utilize construction management software for tracking and reporting
  • Partner with Superintendents and Assistant PMs to oversee field operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance project team environment

Profile

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
  • Background working with a general contractor required
  • Proven success delivering projects in healthcare, education, or light industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and specifications
  • Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred)
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
