Project ManagerLead full lifecycle commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Utilize construction management software for tracking and reporting. Partner with Superintendents and Assistant PMs to oversee field operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols. Mentor and develop junior team members.
