Description
Job Description
- Lead commercial, church, and automotive builds from the ground up
- Work with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $5M-$20M+ within a strong local pipeline
Profile
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
- Familiar with design/build construction processes
- Construction related degree preferred
- Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
- Experience using construction software - Procore preferred
- Scheduling and budgeting experience
- Client facing - Comfortable communicating with clients on projects
