Commercial Project Manager | Tampa

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects across the St. Petersburg and Tampa market. This role will manage project finances, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships while driving successful project delivery on automotive dealership developments.

Description

* Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting

* Coordinate subcontractors, procurement activities, and project schedules

* Maintain communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

* 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

* Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and financial performance

* Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery systems

* Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 plus performance-based compensation.
