Commercial Project Manager - Westchester

We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interiors projects throughout Westchester County and Connecticut, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description

• • Manage commercial interiors projects from kickoff to completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client teams
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, construction operations, and contract administration
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Organized, driven, and committed to project success
