Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned properties.
Maintain general ledger activity, complete account reconciliations, and support monthly close processes.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Monitor lease activity, tenant billings, recoveries, and other property-related accounting transactions.
Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Prepare recurring financial reports for management and ownership.
Support audits, tax reporting, and compliance requirements.
Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting questions and improve reporting accuracy.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
