About the Opportunity

A well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a multi-tenant commercial/industrial property portfolio. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and financial management.

This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, with responsibility for maintaining operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including building systems, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and parking.
• Manage tenant relationships and support retention efforts through exceptional customer service.
• Handle leasing activities, lease renewals, and lease administration.
• Assist with marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Prepare operating budgets, CAM estimates, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, delinquencies, insurance certificates, and other property administration functions.
• Coordinate capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, including vendor selection and bid management.
• Ensure properties are maintained in a professional and marketable condition while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and multi-tenant office, industrial, or warehouse properties.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
