Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Commercial Property Manager on behalf of a highly respected commercial real estate organization in the Seattle metropolitan area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity overseeing approximately 750,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space for an institutional ownership group. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large Class A office portfolio while serving as the primary liaison between ownership, tenants, vendors, and onsite staff. This position is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the asset, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, CAM reconciliations, tenant relations, lease administration, vendor management, property inspections, and expense control. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader with exceptional financial acumen and a proven ability to maximize property performance while delivering an exceptional tenant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily management and operations of approximately 750,000 rentable square feet of Class A office properties.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, capital plans, financial reporting, variance analysis, CAM reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and expense management to achieve ownership objectives and maximize NOI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership representatives, vendors, contractors, and service providers while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage vendor contracts, RFPs, property maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and regular property inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, life safety requirements, emergency preparedness plans, and building policies.
  • Supervise onsite property staff, provide coaching, performance management, and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-7 years of commercial property management experience, including management of Class A office properties.
  • Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, variance reporting, AP/AR oversight, and NOI management.
  • Experience working with institutional ownership groups strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing tenant relationships, vendor partnerships, and property operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required; experience with Yardi and Kardin accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
