About the Role
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Honolulu. This role combines property operations, tenant relations, owner communication, lease administration, vendor management, and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects.
- Review vendor proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements.
- Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance.
- Review lease obligations, rent increases, renewals, and key lease milestones.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams on reporting and portfolio goals.
- Provide owners with timely updates, recommendations, and property performance insights.
- Resolve tenant and property concerns professionally and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in commercial property management, real estate, property administration, or a related support role.
- Active Hawaii Real Estate License or willingness to obtain required licensing credentials.
- Experience with commercial, retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred.
- Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Property Manager experience.
- Experience with lease administration and tenant relations.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Hawaii commercial real estate practices.

Work Setting: On-site/field-based in Honolulu, HI, with regular travel to properties throughout Oahu.
