What You'll Do
  • Build outreach to landlords, tenants, and investors

  • Support listing prep, marketing, property tours, and client meetings

  • Work with CRM tools, research platforms, and workflow systems

  • Shadow senior leadership in strategy, market evaluation, and deal execution

  • Contribute to team-wide pipeline growth and reputation building

Who You Are
  • Strong communicator comfortable with calls and client interactions

  • Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn

  • Career-focused with a clear “why” for commercial real estate

  • Texas Real Estate License (preferred or in progress)

  • No CRE experience required—professionalism and consistency matter most
