After training, this can transition to a remote (Ohio) role. The appraiser will conduct appraisals, research markets, and analyze data for a variety of property types, with a focus on special-use and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include preparing detailed valuation reports, collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, and adhering to professional standards and deadlines.
