A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, institutional investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• 6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm
• Experience managing complex commercial real estate transactions from initial negotiations through closing
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and financing transactions
• Experience representing borrowers and lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, development agreements, operating agreements, and other real estate transaction documents
• Experience managing transaction teams and coordinating due diligence, closings, and client communications
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while maintaining significant client interaction
• Distinguished academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Pennsylvania bar admission required
