Salary: $245,000 to $385,000

A leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its West Coast real estate transactions team in Los Angeles.

The associate will work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes, representing clients through all stages of complex deals.

The practice includes:

• Acquisitions and dispositions

• Real estate financing

• Workouts and restructurings

• Commercial leasing

• Due diligence and transaction structuring

• Negotiation, documentation, and closings

Associates will have the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for transactions while working directly with clients and experienced real estate attorneys across the firm's broader national platform.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience with acquisitions, financings, dispositions, workouts, or leasing

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical and project management abilities

• Strong client service and communication skills

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active California Bar membership
