Bryant Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, nationally recognized law firm client. The attorney will be employed directly by the client law firm.

About the Opportunity

A respected law firm client in Charleston is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate with strong experience in commercial real estate transactions and finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and real estate secured financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects.
• Counsel developers, investors, and lenders on real estate secured financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on zoning appeals, property tax assessments, workforce housing agreements, and entitlement matters.
• Manage and close complex real estate transactions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong expertise in real estate finance, zoning, entitlement, and land use.

Preferred:

• Experience negotiating joint ventures.
• Background representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients.
