Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Chicago. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to support sophisticated real estate transactions and corporate matters while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate deeds, closing documents, escrow instructions, and other transactional documents
Conduct title and survey review for commercial and residential real estate transactions
Assist with due diligence efforts and transaction management
File UCC financing statements and perform corporate searches
Order title commitments, lien searches, litigation searches, and certificates of good standing
Support formation and maintenance of corporate entities, LLCs, and partnerships
Prepare organizational documents, annual filings, and EIN applications
Draft, edit, format, and redline legal documents
Maintain accurate electronic records and document management systems
Qualifications
3+ years of real estate and/or corporate paralegal experience
Experience with title review, surveys, closings, and loan documentation
Prior law firm, title company, or financial institution experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Paralegal certificate preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
