We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Intern to support our brokerage and development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in market research, property analysis, marketing, and client support while learning the fundamentals of the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with market research, property data collection, and competitive analysis
Prepare property marketing materials, presentations, and reports
Help maintain client and property databases in CRM systems
Support transaction management by organizing documents and tracking deadlines
Conduct property tours with team members and help coordinate site visits
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing proposals
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and promotional efforts
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in commercial real estate, property development, or brokerage services
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
