This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing commercial real estate platform by helping drive leasing activity across multiple property types. As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Broker, you will play a central role in supporting occupancy, building client relationships, and helping move transactions forward from initial outreach through execution.
Responsibilities
Represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions across multiple property types.
Source new business opportunities.
Manage active listings.
Market available space.
Negotiate lease terms.
Execute transactions through lease signing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers.
Manage a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
Oversee transaction management from start to finish with strong organizational discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and active transactions simultaneously.
Working knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation.
Proficient in CRM systems and basic financial analysis.
