5+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred
Strong background handling complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and negotiating settlements
Deposition, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience highly valued
Ability to manage client relationships and work independently
Pennsylvania bar admission required (New Jersey admission is a plus)
