Job Description

A great mid-sized firm in Boston is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. This position involves working directly with attorneys on highly sophisticated matters and is with a well-established firm that provides a collegial environment.

This role is hybrid - 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with commercial real estate matters including closings, title, and surveys

  • Perform initial due diligence for closings

  • Request UCC documents

  • Organize and assemble loan documents and prepare exhibits

  • Attend closings

  • Conduct title searches, review title reports, and obtain title updates

  • Obtain survey proposals and review surveys for accuracy

  • Prepare electronic document binders and post-closing due diligence

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recent commercial real estate experience required

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Must be able to prioritize projects and multi-task

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance with significant firm contribution, generous 401(k) profit-sharing plan, and other benefits.
