Job DescriptionApply NowPosition Summary Responsible for performing various duties to support the Commercial Real Estate Department coordinating work within the department as well as with other departments complying with operating policies and procedures established for this position. Reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor responding to inquiries or requests for information.Qualifications Required Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment5 years experience in a commercial real estate lending environment preferredNotary Public or the ability to become oneStrong computer skills MS Office etc. and ability to adapt to new software systemsHigh degree of attention to detail with financial and legal documentsKnowledge of banking systems including primary databases and online systemsAbility to multitaskStrong customer service skillsFlexible approach to new assignmentsEssential functions and responsibilities Provides service support to commercial real estate loan officers by assisting with all client servicing needs from preparing for loan settlements through life of loan with loan servicingPerforms diverse advanced and confidential administrative support functionsServices internal and external customers with excellent customer serviceEnsures compliance to government regulations and bank policies and proceduresDevelops and maintain existing and new client relationships with commercial real estate developers and investorsExternal Customer support - provides external customer support for inbound servicing inquiries related to any of the clients accountsCoordinates closing of real estate loans communicating with the commercial real estate loan officers borrower attorneys title representatives and construction consultants to assure the loan is closed and documented in accordance with the credit approvalCoordinates and analyzes construction loan advance requests and appropriate backup documentation as presented by the customer including construction inspection reports title bring downs and other relevant construction documentation focusing on construction related risk budget adequacy and adherence to loan documentationMonitors loan portfolio and assists in reporting of various loan quality measurements including reviewing insurance monitoring interest reserves document exceptions financial information gathering tickler system maintenance and ongoing review of expiring loan extensions.Organizes and prepares loan files within banks repository for audit review.
