Buyer Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Agent by showing commercial and residential properties to buyer clients
- Identify properties that meet the buyer’s criteria after a needs analysis
- Close buyer clients to contract offers
- Drive buyer clients to properties
- Help clients refine their needs and wants after viewing homes
- Find homes and commercial properties that match client criteria
Requirements:
- Must have an active California Real Estate License
