Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Rear-Load Driver to join our team in Elizabeth, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a rear-load garbage truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables from commercial locations. This position requires a valid CDL and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
Operate a rear-load garbage truck to collect waste and recyclables from commercial locations
Follow designated routes and schedules
Ensure proper disposal of collected materials
Maintain cleanliness and safety of truck
Communicate with dispatch to report any issues or delays
Requirements:
Valid CDL with clean driving record
Class A or B CDL
At least 1 year of previous experience as a commercial driver is a must
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Complete paperwork, including the use of electronic table throughout the day
