Restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and other commercial clients count on us to maintain their walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, and refrigeration systems so they can operate safely, efficiently, and without costly downtime.
We’re looking for a dedicated Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who lives and breathes commercial refrigeration. This role focuses exclusively on commercial systems — no residential work.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine service on walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in refrigerators and freezers, prep tables, ice machines, and rack systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, refrigeration controls, defrost systems, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems for energy efficiency and reliable temperature control.
• Install or replace refrigeration equipment and components when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, providing honest recommendations and excellent service.
• Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

What You Bring

• Strong experience servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems (required — this is the #1 qualification).
• EPA Certification (Section 608) — required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration theory, electrical troubleshooting, and commercial equipment (rack systems, hot gas defrost, etc.).
• Ability to work independently on job sites while representing Air We Are professionally.
• Physical capability to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures (coolers/freezers).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
