Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing new commercial business relationships for the Bank, processing commercial loans, and maintaining existing commercial business relationships.
Responsibilities (Essential):
- Prospect new commercial business including team referrals of treasury, depository, and wealth management services.
- Originate, evaluate, process and close commercial loans consistent with Bank's credit policy and credit culture.
- Maintain and provide exceptional client service with existing commercial relationships.
- Represent the Bank in the local community including participation in community and civic organizations.
- Market the Bank's products and services, cross-selling to customers.
- Work closely with support staff and analysts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Enthusiastically support the Bank's Guiding Principles and Brand Behaviors.
- Adhere to federal regulatory requirements, such as the Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Acts, and all established policies and

Required Education & Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of banking experience is required with at least 5 years of commercial lending and 2 years of credit analysis desired.
- College degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred.
- Proven business development and communications skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be organized and have analytical skills and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret results to support logical conclusions.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Schedule Expectations:
Full time, 40 hours per week. Over 40 hours as required.
Required Travel:
This position requires travel approximately 15% of work hours.
