Higher wages according to experience; the salary will be determined after the in-person interview. \n \nRoofer Summary: Install and repair commercial roof (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC).\n \nGeneral Knowledge and Skills Required\n\n Sets up jobs and safety equipment\n Installs roofing materials properly and safely\n Flashes, welds and does correct details\n Cuts out penetrations and lays out rubber\n Uses tools properly and safely\n Takes down all materials and equipment\n Makes sure all holes are covered and marked on the roof\n Any other duties as assigned by the Foreman\n \nQualification and License Required\n\n Commercial Roofing experience or construction (Required)\n Driver's License \n Reliable transportation to go to work every day (Required)\n Able to pass a drug test (Required)\n US work authorization (Required)\n \nWorker Behavior\n\n Able to follow instructions\n Respect Foreman\n Pay attention to detail \n Reliable\n On time \n* Able to deal with weather conditions.\n \nJob Type: Full-time\n \nSalary starts at $19 per hour.
