Delta Innovative Services, a family-owned roofing company based in Kansas City, is seeking motivated individuals to join our commercial roofing team. We currently have opportunities available for experienced Foremen, Journeymen, and Laborers working in low-slope roofing.

Whether you are an experienced roofing professional or looking to begin your career as an apprentice, we offer competitive starting pay, union membership, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Available Opportunities

We are currently hiring for:

• Experienced Roofing Foremen
• Journeymen
• Laborers / Apprentices

Compensation

• Starting Apprentice: $28.74 per hour
• Journeyman: $39.05 per hour

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be drug-free
• Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required for commercial roofing work
