We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Roofers to join our growing Las Vegas team. Our work includes projects across new construction, industrial facilities, hospitality, retail centers, multifamily communities, office buildings, and green roofing systems.

Position Summary

The Commercial Roofer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide variety of commercial roofing systems. This role requires hands-on technical skill, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a professional roofing crew.

You will work closely with crew members and leadership to meet project schedules while ensuring high-quality, watertight roofing installations.

What You'll Do

Install and repair commercial roofing systems including: • EPDM • TPO • PVC • Modified Bitumen • Metal Flashing • Built-Up Roofing

Assist with installation of vapor barriers, insulation, and roofing system components

Measure, cut, and apply membranes, flashing, shingles, tiles, and related materials

Perform roof inspections to ensure quality, safety, and watertight integrity

Support installation of skylights, gutters, and exterior drainage systems

Safely remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations

Mentor and assist less experienced crew members

Use company tools, software, and technology to follow schedules and project plans

Travel out of state for projects, as required

Qualifications & Experience

Prior commercial or industrial roofing experience preferred (Training Available for motivated individuals)

Willingness to learn and follow roofing safety procedures and OSHA requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable Transportation to project site

Willingness to travel when projects require it

OSHA certifications are a plus - paid professional training provided

Skills Test & Compensation Structure

Skills Test: Candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment to evaluate roofing knowledge and hands-on ability

Tiered Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skill level

Training: Hands-on training available for those beginning a roofing career
