Skip the office stop: most mornings you’ll drive straight from home to the project site, and when the day’s work wraps, you’ll head directly home. Sites change as projects finish, so you’ll gain experience across a variety of buildings and roof systems.

A Day in the Life

You arrive at the jobsite, meet the crew, review the day’s plan, and get hands-on with tools and materials. You’ll set up safely, handle tear-offs or prep, move materials, and assist with installing or repairing commercial roof systems under the guidance of seasoned roofers. Expect steady, physical, outdoor work that builds real skills, fast.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or other hands-on work background preferred
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or similar equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or related trades is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfort working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Willingness to learn commercial roofing—roofing experience is not required

Pay & Bonus

• Pay: $22.50 per hour
• $1,000 Bonus paid in milestones:
  • $300 after 90 days
  • $300 after 120 days
  • $400 after one year
