We are seeking an experienced and licensed roofing contractor for a commercial roof tear-off and replacement project in Jackson, Mississippi.
Project Scope:
- Approx. 78 squares
- Corrugated metal roof tear-off
- Install new insulation and flashing
- Fully seal with TPO roofing system
- Weld all TPO laps
- Replace/repair damaged plywood as needed
- Remove and dispose of all debris
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Mississippi roofing license
- Must carry general liability and workers comp insurance
- Proven experience with commercial TPO systems
Compensation:
- $575 per square (labor & materials)
- Total: $44,850
