Commercial Roofing Foreman (5+ Years Experience Required)

Boone Brothers Roofing, part of Nations Roof—one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S.—is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safety, quality workmanship, and developing strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial job sites
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Ensure proper installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, coatings, tile, and metal roofing
• Read and follow blueprints and project specifications
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Enforce safety standards, PPE use, and OSHA compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Complete daily reports and job documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (required)
• Proven experience with multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.)
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts and occasional weekends

Preferred

• 7+ years of commercial roofing experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with inspections and quality control
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
