Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician in the Memphis area. If you have hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems and enjoy working independently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial roofing systems
Work on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit), Built-Up Roofing (BUR), and Metal roofs
Identify leaks and recommend repair solutions
Complete service reports and communicate with customers and team members
Travel to various job sites as needed
Requirements:
Experience with commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, Metal)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Good communication and customer service skills
