About the Opportunity

A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively
• Review project financials, change orders, and production performance
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Construction Management or related degree
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
