We're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager who understands what happens after the estimate is sold and knows how to take a project from handoff to final closeout. If you're comfortable reviewing scopes, identifying gaps before they become problems, coordinating crews and materials, managing customer expectations, and driving profitability, we'd like to talk with you.

This role is ideal for someone who has built their career with a small or mid-sized roofing contractor and is ready to leverage that experience within a larger organization that offers greater resources, larger opportunities, and a defined path for growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll take ownership of commercial roofing projects immediately following the estimator handoff, ensuring every project is set up for success from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing contracts, scopes, estimates, and project requirements following estimator handoff
• Developing project execution plans and schedules
• Managing commercial roof replacement, service, maintenance, and new construction projects from startup through closeout
• Monitoring project budgets, forecasting costs, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate ECAC projections
• Tracking labor productivity, material usage, committed costs, and project profitability throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating labor, equipment, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and internal resources
• Leading customer communication and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

What Makes You Successful

You understand commercial roofing because you've lived it.

You've likely worked your way through the industry and know the difference between simply managing paperwork and truly managing projects.

You bring:

• 3+ years in a commercial roofing project management role
• Strong understanding of commercial roof installation practices and sequencing
• Experience managing projects from estimator handoff through closeout
• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and related commercial roofing systems
• Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, WIP reporting, and ECAC management
• Ability to identify project risks early and implement corrective actions before they impact schedule or profitability
• Strong communication skills with customers, field leadership, vendors, and executive management
